Online Training
I believe everyone should be able to wake up feeling confident, strong and energetic everyday and it is my mission to help as many people as possible to achieve this. This is why I created the online training to keep our members active from home with a routine that suited them plus saving them so much time too.
There are 9 live sessions each week , a combination of PT and Yoga sessions as well as nutritional support and weekly accountability if needed. Our training is suitable for all levels of fitness and experience with alternative exercises given to members with injuries or limited range of motion.
We also meet up face to face for weekly coffee as well as bigger monthly events, like big walks and picnics.

memberships
We have three types of memberships, the Bronze, Silver & Gold. Depending on what you are looking for we have different options to suit your needs.
The Bronze membership will give you full access to all the sessions as well as all of the members pages. This membership is good for those who already have an active life style and are wishing to maintaining.
The Silver membership has everything the Bronze membership has plus weekly accountability which includes weekly checking’s and periodic one to one Coaching calls. This is good if you are wanting to achieve some great results such as weight loss or if you are needing a helping hand getting started with training and nutrition.
The Gold membership is our ultimate package that has everything the Silver membership has as well as weekly one to one PT sessions (limited availability).
Our memberships are designed to be flexible so if you feel you need more or less support along your journey you can switch memberships

About Me
Hey, I’m Phil.
I love training, learning and helping people, this is why I became a PT.
I obtained my level 3 PT qualification and soon started as a PT in 2011, more than 10 year ago, I can’t believe it!
1-2-1 training was how I started which I really enjoyed, so I decided to take a leap of faith and open up my own fitness and yoga studio in Broughty Ferry where I delivered semi-private training.
However, my desire to reach more people and make a bigger impact led me to developing the online training. I have now fully moved online delivering live and recorded sessions to our members and I absolutely love it.
One of my hobbies is going for walks with my beautiful whippet Cooper, he is the real mastermind behind the online training!
I also have a strong affection for chocolate and learning. I’m currently learning how to do a Rubik’s cube while eating chocolate.
Just now I’m learning Spanish “¡Hola!” and I love to travel all around the world, and did I mention I like chocolate?

They can be busy people who benefit from saving time and enjoy training from the comfort of their own homes
They may not have a typical gym membership because they enjoy a more personal approach to fitness and the social aspect of training with other people.
